OT J131103.5-414622 = Catalina transient

   CRTS SSS detected a bright CV in outburst.  The object was at 13.7
on April 13.  The amplitude is close to 8 mag.  No previous ASAS outbursts
were present.  The object is a good candidate for a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova.
Intranight variations in CRTS data are suggestive of superhumps.
Time-series observations are encouraged!
