Initial unfiltered images from Astrokolkhoz, southern New Mexico, with a 
Celestron-14 show an object at (J2000)  19 53 04.93 +21 14 48.71  at 
approx mag 14.  (SIMBAD says object is at:  19 53 04.92 +21 14 49.0)

My assessment is that V405 Vul is in outburst.
