[vsnet-alert 13921] V405 Vul outburst - nearby star will complicate photometry

Note - there is a nearby star (UCAC2 star at J2000 19 53 05.55 +21 14 
47.80) , 9 arcseconds east of this object, about 1/2 mag fainter.  This 
will complicate photometry.
