OT J163942.7+122414: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Ian Miller has reported observations.  The object is indeed
an SU UMa-type dwarf nova and the superhump period is around
0.088 d (cf. vsnet-alert 14461).  Further observations are encouraged.
