   CRTS has detected an outburst of this object.

   The object is usually at 18.5 mag, and the present outburst
is the first one in CRTS.  The SDSS color is very blue.
The expected Porb (if it is a dwarf nova) is around 0.06 d.
Follow-up observations are encouraged!
