MASTER robotic telescopes have detected outbursts of two new variable
stars in Lyra to 15.4m and 16.0m (ATel 4084, see
<http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=4084>). The first and the
brighter one, MASTER OT J182201.93+324906.7, is definitely the dwarf
nova (it has an UV counterpart GALEX J182201.9+324908 with
FUV=21.19+/-0.46 NUV=21.54+/-0.30, and the previous fainter outburst
was detected by Palomar/NEAT in 1998).

Coordinates: 18 22 01.93 +32 49 06.7

Color-combined (BRIR) DSS finder chart with the position of the new
variable marked with dashes:

Amplitude of variability is at least 6 magnitudes, so it might be a
new UGSU or even a UGWZ variable.

Also note there is another large amplitude variable 2' East and 4'
North of the dwarf nova: 18 22 12.6 +32 53 22

The second object, MASTER OT J184809.40+395440.5, has two possible
counterparts in SDSS within 4" from the OT position. It is not clear
which one is related to the outburst. In principle, it might even be a
Supernova or a red variable. Comparison of MASTER images in outburst
and at quiescence is shown here:

Photometric time series are requested, especially for the first
variable. The outbursts are less than 3 and 2 days old by now,
respectively.
