Following the MASTER detection of two new outbursts in Lyra I have
checked the photographic plates of Moscow collection covering the
position of MASTER OT J182201.93+324906.7. In total, 169 plates
centered at 104 Her were taken from 1976 Mar. 31 to 1994 Oct. 08.
Typical exposures are 45 min, limiting magnitude B~17.

Two outbursts were detected which are separated by 13 months:

  YYYYMMDD(UT) mag observer
19810821.832 156B (Crimean Astrograph of SAI MSU)
  19810822.795 156B
  19810829.730 162B
  19810830.755 164B
  19810904.680 165:

  YYYYMMDD(UT) mag observer
19820823.817 <16 (Crimean Astrograph of SAI MSU)
  19820911.771 150B
  19820915.638 154B
  19820917.642 157B
  19820919.630 160B
  19820921.608 162B

There are no plates covering the position of the other transient
MASTER OT J184809.40+395440.5. We have obtained a set of sixteen
180-sec unfiltered exposures of OT J184809.40+395440.5 during May
04.70-04.75 UT with the 40-cm MASTER-Amur robotic telescope under the
bright Moon conditions. Unfortunately SNR on the individual images is
too low for plotting a light curve. The coordinates measured from the
combined image suggest that the outburst is not related to any of
three nearby SDSS stars.
