Onderwerp: [vsnet-alert 14692] Possible Nova in Sgr

MASTER-ICATE very wide field camera located in Argentina has
discovered a possible Nova in Sagittarius (see ATel 4202,
<http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=4202>).

Coordinates: 20 08 45.1 -35 54 03 (with the typical astrometric error about 6").
Magnitude: 11.8 on 2012-06-21.335 UT.

There is nothing at this position on DSS plates and in various
catalogues. The nearest star in USNO-B1.0 and 2MASS catalogues is
located 14" from the possible Nova.

The discovery and reference images are available at:

Confirmation is required!
