I used MAXIM to do the photometry.

I used TYC 8593 1612 as reference star (Mag 9.92) and TYC 9593 307 as check star (Mag 9.377)

The calculated magnitude of the new object is about 9.15 mag in V.

Probably tonight due to clouds no observations are possible.

Can confirm a reddened object at that position, unfiltered mag 10.3 in 2-min exposure with DSLR, 28.792 July 2012.  Last two nights have been cloudy but I got a very brief window this morning, sufficient only for one sub.  Mag estimate is very approximate as I needed more subs, maybe tonight I'll get a better opportunity.  Have posted a follow-up report to TOCP.  Image here:
