OT J203937.7-042908 = Catalina transient CRTS has detected a new transient suspected to be a dwarf nova. Two outbursts have been detected in this survey and the amplitude of outburst is ~ 3 mag. It is suspected to be a SS Cyg-type dwarf nova whose outburst is very rare.
