CSS J213937.6-023913 outburst

   This object (= CSS091119:213938-023913, OT J213937.6-023913)
is in outburst.  The analysis of the SDSS color suggests an SU UMa-type
dwarf nova (PASJ 64, 63), though the present outburst may be too
faint for a superoutburst.
