OT J002656.6+284933 outburst

   This object was originally discovered as UG:/SN: (very faint object,
fainter than 18.5).  The second outburst appears to suggest
the dwarf nova-type nature.   Note that the current outburst
is much brighter than the discovery one.  The SDSS colors
are rather unusually red for a dwarf nova.
