This dwarf nova in Leo aka CSS 080208:103317+072119 is in outburst on
MASTER-Tunka images:

CRTS OT J103317.3+072119
  20131211.8064 14.40C MASTER-Tunka
  20131211.8077 14.46C MASTER-Tunka
  20131211.8103 14.46C MASTER-Tunka

  20131211.8441 14.58C MASTER-Tunka
  20131211.8456 14.56C MASTER-Tunka

Internal photometric errors are 0.02m.

I also note the "godfather" of this CV (i.e., Catalina Sky Survey
itself) has detected an outburst on the same day as MASTER-Tunka, but
a few hours earlier. See the light curve online at
http://nesssi.cacr.caltech.edu/catalina/20080208/802081070564124647p.html

The variable at quiescence is identical to the star SDSS
J103317.27+072118.5 (u=19.94 g=19.89 r=19.81 i=19.75 z=19.48).
According to the paper by Taichi Kato et al., 2012, the estimated
orbital period is 0.072d with a 94% probability of the variable being
UGSU.
