MASTER OT J162323.48+782603.3: growing superhumps

   Javier Ruiz and Ian Miller have reported new observations.
Miller's data on Dec. 10-11 clearly showed growing superhumps.
Combined with Dubovsky's data, we could obtain a period
of 0.0921-0.0924 d.  This period is likely that of stage A
superhumps.  Earlier on Dec. 10, Ruiz's data suggested
double-wave modulations.  It is not clear whether these
modulations reflected developing stage A superhumps
or early superhumps.  Note that the period is rather long for 
an SU UMa-type dwarf nova and further observations
will be very important.
