MASTER OT J162323.48+782603.3: updated superhump period

   Neustroev's team (Vitaly Neustroev and George Sjoberg)
and Ian Miller have reported further observations.
The superhump period has been almost constant after
it became stabilized.  The mean period has been
0.08853(3) d.  Although these superhumps appear to be
stage B superhumps, such constancy in the period
is rather unusual.  Please continue observations!
