MASTER discovery and reference images:

There is nothing at this position on DSS plates and on their
combination to limiting magnitude ~22.5 (probably deeper).
Color-combined finder chart (sum of two BRIR images):

Outburst amplitude is more than 6.5m. No previous outbursts were
detected by DSS (15 plates), NEAT, CSS and MASTER. The object is
likely a new variable of WZ Sge type. Time-resolved photometry is
strongly encouraged!
