V1028 Cyg outburst

   ASAS-SN team detected this SU UMa-type dwarf nova
in outburst.  Although this outburst may be a normal outburst,
the outburst appears to be young and we may be observing
the early phase of a superoutburst.  Time-resolved photometry
is encouraged.
