This transient reported in ATel #6593 and [vsnet-alert 17865] is
identical to the cataclysmic variable MASTER OT J161700.81+620024.9 in
Draco discovered by P. Balanutsa in 2013. See
http://arxiv.org/abs/1307.7396 and [vsnet-alert 16079]. Archival light
curve from MASTER telescopes (as of July 2013):

Additional outburst to 14.5m was detected by MASTER-Kislovodsk on 2013
Dec. 18/19 and reported in [vsnet-alert 16720]. After that there was
yet another fainter outburst to 15.3m observed by MASTER-Tunka on 2014
Apr. 19.

Gaia14aaf = MASTER OT J161700.81+620024.9 = 1RXS J161659.5+620014 =
SDSS J161700.91+620024.8 = GALEX J161700.9+620024

The variable is located in a nice asterism (parallelogram similar to
beta-gamma-delta-zeta Lyrae), at the position of beta. Orbital period
is unknown.
