"2014 11 22.569
Discovered by S. Kaneko, Shizuoka-ken, Japan, using
200-mm f/2.8 lens + Digital camera, who writes nothing
is visible at this location on his two recent frames (limiting
mag.= 14s) taken on 2014 Nov. 14 and 18 UT using same
patrol camera. The star was confirmed on the following
five frames taken after discovery."

Probably a CV with large outburst amplitude -
blue 18 magnitude (presumable) counterpart:

B1= 17.43, R1= 17.25, B2= 18.51, R2= 17.61, I= 16.92 mag
- GSC 2.3.2 N7YV003583 (06 48 33.408 +06 56 23.43):
V= 18.01, F= 18.14, j= 18.98, N= 16.88 mag
- 2MASS 06483347+0656231 (06 48 33.474 +06 56 23.18):
J= 15.892, H= 15.431, K= 15.013 mag
- WISE J064833.46+065623.3 (06 48 33.461 +06 56 23.35):
W1= 14.908, W2= 14.868 mag
