[vsnet-alert 18002] Re: [vsnet-outburst 17664] PNV J06483343+0656236: new transient (11.6 mag) in Monoceros

 The object was detected on V-band images taken on Nov 22.74 
in the course of the Kamogata/Kiso Wide-field Survey (KWS). 
Nothing is visible at the position of PNV on the KWS archival
images taken on Nov 20.76.
