bright CV candidate, maatches to a blue g=19.8 SDSS source, also GALEX and X-ray 
source, significant variability in CRTS data, possible AM CVn system 
according to Carter et al. 2013, field was not observed since 2014/09/20 
due to seasonal gap, V=14.1 on 2014-12-26.65
