ASASSN-16ow: rebrightening phenomenon

   Nataly Katysheva's team has reported observations
in 2016 Dec.  Itoh-san also reported additional
observations.
The object showed a rebrightening on Dec. 30.
It is somewhat notable that such a rebrightening
is not so widely seen in a long-period system
(although there are some recent objects).
