Dear colleagues,

I have just concluded the analysis of my 2019, Mar 29/30 unfiltered CCD photometry session of ASASSN-19hr. Observations were made at CBA Belgium Observatory, using a 0.40-m f/10.0 telescope and SBIG STT-3200ME CCD camera, under very clear skies. My observations were triggered by the detection announcement on the ASASSN Transients webpage.

The resulting light curve clearly shows the presence of regular superhumps with an amplitude of 0.26 mag, hence classifying this object as a new SU UMa type dwarf nova. A period analysis using the ANOVA, Lomb-Scargle and PDM methods (Peranso), yields a combined superhump period of 0.0627 +/- 0.0010d. The object was at mag 14.30 (CV) on Mar 29th.

I will send my observations to AAVSO, CBA and VSNET for further analysis.

Follow-up observations are recommended.

Best regards
Tonny
