[vsnet-alert 23100] ASASSN-19hr historical outbursts

At least two superoutbursts of this dwarf nova in Draco were detected
by DASCH project at Harvard, see http://dasch.rc.fas.harvard.edu/

  19400801.127  13.00B  DASCH (J. Grindlay et al., 2012)
  19400808.131  13.91B  DASCH
  19400809.258  13.57B  DASCH
  19440715.228  13.65B  DASCH
  19850228.343  13.18B  DASCH
  19850316.241  13.90B  DASCH

1944 outburst was detected on one night only by 8-inch doublet in
Cambridge, but it appears real from the plate quality.

Also, the star is present in URAT1 catalog (N. Zacharias et al., 2015)
with fmag=13.579 in Epoch=2013.592.

The star has three IDs in GALEX GR6/GR7:

GALEX J185527.1+814927 (FUV=21.83+/-0.37, NUV=21.30+/-0.21)
GALEX J185527.8+814927 (FUV=N/A, NUV=20.92+/-0.17)
GALEX J185528.5+814928 (FUV=22.12+/-0.63, NUV=N/A)

Pan-STARRS magnitudes: g=20.67 r=20.65 i=20.62 z=20.30
