V1037 Sgr: standstill state with damping oscillation

     According to ASAS-SN sky patrol, this object shows a standstill phase with damping
oscillation from a month ago although this object has changed from an IW And-type
standstill state to an active outburst state in 2017 Aug (cf. vsnet-outburst 22523).
