HX Peg: some indication of IW And phenomenon?

   Following the standstill in late 2018 (vsnet-alert 22662),
this object showed some indication of IW And behavior.
Outburst from standstill on July 4 (Alain Klotz's observation
filled the gap) and damping oscillations followed.
