According to the cvnet message, Tonny Vanmunster has
likely detected modulations with a period of 0.058 d.
The light curve resembles that of SU UMa-type superhumps
rather than QPOs as inferred from the initial report.
The profile does not very look like early superhumps
seen in WZ Sge-type outbursts. The possibilities include:
1) the peak of the outburst has long missed and
2) superhumps are still evolving. Further confirmatory
observations will settle the issue.

Anyway, the object is most likely (from the available
observations) a new SU UMa-type dwarf nova discovered
during its superoutburst.
