Dear VSNET observers,
Sorry, if you recive message twice.
I would like to inform that we organize SS433 observation campaign using Suzaku and
many optical observers.
Suzaku is going to observe SS433 on April 5 and 8 (PI is Prof. Kawai).
So, we need optical photometry data on today (March 30) - April 5.
We use it to decide orbital phase exactly.
We need optical spectra around Halpha, too. We
use it decide precessional phase exactly.
Anyone who interested in the campaign are welcome to join with your
favorite telescope. The magnitude of SS433 is V=14mag. A finding chart of SS433 and
photometric data for surrounging stars can be found in Leibowitz and Mendelson (1982).
If you interacting in this campaign and need more information, please
contact to me by email. My email address is
kaori.k at kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp.
If you get same data of SS 433, please send to me, too !
We look forward to hearing from you !
Best regards,
Kaori kubota (kyoto University)
