[vsnet-alert 8899] CTCV J0549-4921 is ugsu type dwarf nova

Hi,

Last night three hours of observations of CTCV J0549-4921 were done at CBA
Pretoria.

Despite mediocre observing conditions and a partly cloudy sky, the
lightcurve shows clear superhumps with an amplitude of about 0.2 CR
magnitude. The mean magnitude was 12.9 CR.
This establishes CTCV J0549-4921 as another member of the ugsu class.

Further observations at different timezones are encouraged.
