[vsnet-alert 9067] FO And bright outburst

   The SU UMa-type dwarf nova FO And is undergoing a bright
outburst.  There was already an apparent superoutburst in
August.  If the current outburst is indeed a superoutburst,
the interval of superoutbursts (70 d) is unusually short.
