As reported by Rod Stubbings, the eclipsing SU UMa-type
dwarf nova V2051 Oph has undergone a very bright superoutburst
after a short standstill before the full maximum.
Similar two-step outbursts were observed in 1998 May
(reaching 11.7), 2000 April (reaching 11.6), and several
fainter, less observed ones.

It might be worth noting that such bright peaks were not
always confirmed by subsequent CCD observations. It may be
either these peaks are short-lived or reflect some sort of
high-amplitude superhumps.
