[vsnet-alert 9627] UV Per outburst

   As reported by Eddy Muyllaert, the SU UMa-type dwarf nova
UV Per is in outburst (would have been a good target if V455 And
were not in outburst!)

   The last reported outburst was in 2006 Oct (max 11.5, normal
outburst).
