Based on Suzuki-san's astrometry, we use OT_J111217.4-353829
as its provisional name.

  YYYYMMDD(UT) mag observer
20071218.292 11.49C (Pi of the Sky)
20071219.226 11.70C (Pi of the Sky)
20071219.231 11.69C (Pi of the Sky)
20071219.234 11.56C (Pi of the Sky)
20071219.237 11.61C (Pi of the Sky)
20071219.293 11.57C (Pi of the Sky)
  20071223.469 129V (Masayuki Suzuki)
  20071223.839 13.12C (Kazuhiro Nakajima)

The object thus has a range of 11.49-20.88, giving an outburst
amplitude of 9.4 mag !

The current fading rate is not incompatible with the early
decline of a large-amplitude WZ Sge-type dwarf nova.
(If it is indeed a WZ Sge-type object, we can expect to see
early superhumps at this stage of the outburst).

The amplitude and early decline reminds me of V592 Her
http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2002PASJ...54..999K
(HV Vir and others, see the reference above).
Time-resolved photometry is strongly encouraged!
