MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190512.62 (trigger No 579365797, 16h 36m 55.92s , -22d 49m 58.80s, R=25.93) errorbox  14603 sec after trigger time at 2019-05-12 18:59:55 UT, with upper limit up to  19.3 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 65 deg. The sun  altitude  is -39.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
