[GCN Circulars]

All GCN Customers,                     05 Apr 08

The GCN System is back on-line.

The Goddard-wide main gateway upgrade work is completed.

All GCN functionality is running: Notices, Circulars, Reports,
receiving telemetry from missions, receiving imports (Notices
and Circulars), distributing, everything.

GCN was off-line starting at 10:32 UT (05apr08);
paritial service was restored at 12:16 for a few minutes;
then full connectivity started to come back at 13:40 UT;
and full service was completely restored by 14:11 UT.
Total time off-line: 3.6 hrs.
