[vsnet-outburst 6999] SS UMi outburst

   The SU UMa-type dwarf nova SS UMi is undergoing a relatively
bright outburst.  Superoutbursts of this object has been reported
to occur less frequently that in the past (cf. Olech et al.,
A&A 452, 933).  The last secure superoutburst was in 2005 July.
Follow-up observations (and regular nightly monitoring) are
encouraged.
