[vsnet-outburst 7059] IP Peg outburst

   The eclipsing SS Cyg-type dwarf nova IP Peg is in outburst,
probably caught on its rise.  Being in very favorable seasonal
condition, it would have been a great chance to record the
early evolution of the outburst and eclipses, if only the
outburst had been reported timely.  Having past more than one
night, the current priority of eclipse observations is "normal".
