IAU Circular No. 8971 (Daniel W. E. Green, Editor) reports that this 
cataclysmic variable of UGWZ type (vsnet-alert 10478, AAVSO Special 
Notice #122, CBET 1491) also known as OT_J020025.4+441019 has been 
assigned the permanent GCVS designation V466 And by N. N. Samus.
