ASASSN-22ak another outburst (peculiar object)
Very unusual object with long outbursts with a sharp peark in 2022 Jan. Not seen in outburst before this 2022 event. AM CVn or related star suspected from the rapid fading. Superhumps were not convincingly detected during the 2022 Nov.-Dec. outburst in the late phase. Please make time-resolved photometry quickly since superhumps may be prominent now!
