This time again, Jose Ripero apparently didn't know the outburst and continued copying earlier observations.
I found another example of copying observations. (V742 Lyr, as I pointed out already in vsnet-obs, is yet another)
RZ Vul: YYYYMMDD(UT) mag observer 20230708.038 129 (Gary Poyner) 20230708.9632 <139 (Jose Ripero) 20230710.9382 <139 (Jose Ripero) 20230712.032 128 (Gary Poyner) 20230712.9521 <139 (Jose Ripero) 20230714.9579 129 (Jose Ripero) 20230716.7859 122C (Masayuki Moriyama) 20230716.9472 124 (Jose Ripero)
These observations were his first ones in 2023 and he didn't know that the object had already been in bright phase. I must doubt the reliability of his observations and don't import his data into my personal (not official) database from now on to prevent the propagation of errors (or "pseudo-data"). Please don't feel bad.
