ZTF18abncpgs: strange object, ER UMa-like and standstill

From ZTF data. Superoutburst-like bright state in 2019 Jul.-Aug., followed by a sequence of short outbursts. Then another superoutburst-like bright state in 2019 Oct.-Dec. followed by a sequence of short outbursts. The behavior resembles RZ LMi when supercycle lengthened. Apparent standstill in 2020 Nov.-2021. Shorter (super)cycle length in 2018.
