TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 42968 SUBJECT: GRB 251203A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 25/12/03 11:49:53 GMT FROM: Cuán de Barra at UCD <cuan.debarra@ucdconnect.ie> The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB "At 08:18:45.15 UT on 03 December 2025, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 251203A (trigger 786442730/251203346). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 165.6, Dec = -46.9 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 11h 02m, 46d 54'), with a statistical uncertainty of 2.2 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 58 degrees. The skymap can be found here: https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/FTP/fermi/data/gbm/triggers/2025/bn251203346/q...
