We observed the field of GRB 241128A (Brivio et al., GCN 38367; Page, GCN 38368; Parsotan et al., GCN 38387) with AS-32 telescope of Abastumani observatory (AbAO) in R-filter on 2024-11-29 starting (UT) 14:47:06. We do not detect the afterglow (Hu et al., GCN 38371; Izzo and Malesani, GCN 38372; Gompertz et al., GCN 38373; Akl et al., GCN 38382; Pankov et al., GCN 38383). Preliminary photometry of the field is the following
