[vsnet-alert 10120] V2491 Cyg: Fujii-san's new spectrum, N III strong

   Fujii-san has presented a new spectrum of V2491 Cyg.

   According to Fujii-san, N III 4640 was observed stronger
than H beta.  This could indicate that the nova is mildly
hydrogen-deficient, although not as strikingly as in U Sco
or V394 CrA.  Close examination of the further development of
the spectrum might clarify whether the nova is indeed
reminiscent to recurrent novae.
