     Agreed, a simple VizieR search would have shown this to
be a red variable---it is what I did yesterday.  Though Clay Sherrod
might not have known about it, it is odd that Dan Green didn't
make the search before bothering with the CBET (or posting to the
confirmation page).

...key-in the coordinates and let it rip.  It should be used
any time you find something you think is new.
