There is a previous outburst in Palomar/NEAT data. The star was
present near this position on three 2003-03-14 images, but nothing is
visible there on 4 other nights (2001-09-02, 2003-01-22, 2003-01-29
and 2003-02-17). Comparison of 2003 Jan. 22 image and sum of three
2003 Mar. 14 exposures is uploaded to
http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J040352+332556-NEAT.jpg (4'x4' FOV
at 200% zoom). Position measured from 2003 Mar. 14 images: 04 03 52.19
+33 25 57.7 (+/-1" of MASTER position in both coordinates).
