[vsnet-alert 8686] TT Ari: disappearance of superhumps?

   CCD observations by Maehara on Sep. 12 did no clearly
reveal superhump-like feature in TT Ari, suggesting that
either positive or negative superhumps have almost
disappeared.  If confirmed, this is compatible with the
shrinkage of the accretion disk in accordance with the
reduced mass-transfer rate.  Further analyses will be
made in combination with the Kyoto observations nightly
obtained since the alert.  Reports from other longitudes
are welcomed: to
