The dwarf nova V521 Peg is in outburst according to NMW survey images (135mm f/2.0 lens + unfiltered ST-8300M CCD):
YYYYMMDD.D(UT) mag 20211106.8127 12.5CV
The ASAS-SN has not picked up this outburst yet with the latest observation on 2021-11-06.184 https://asas-sn.osu.edu/sky-patrol/coordinate/a9f13e00-b4f6-4e4a-896a-eff834... The previous outburst was in June 2021.
