Unfiltered observations of ASASSN-22jz were done at CBA KKO with nightly evening sessions on dates 19 to 23 oct 2022. The last session did run to well below airmass 2. They show that after 14d into outburst, asassn-22jz has at last gone into a strong modulation mode with superhumps of 0.11CR amplitude and a period of 0.0586d +/- 0.0003d. The actual superhumps did start around 21-22 oct. The mean magnitude around 23.8 oct was 11.87CR.
The amplitude of the outburst, the 2 weeks time delay between first detection and the actual superhump signature, and the periodicity all point to a ugwz classification of the object.
Yet another ugwz star detected by the ASASSN survey. The predicted abundance of these type objects is getting substantiated.

Hi Berto, You are ahead of time. October 2022 has still to come. I alsof observed 22jz since I got to know of its outburst. In chile its still dark. I will see this evening about the results.
