SDSS J080249.06+363716.4 = ASASSN-23ic: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova Itoh-san reported observations. Although the object is currently faint (17 mag), superhumps and possible shallow eclipses were seen. The period is 0.05919(2) d. This period expresses superhumps well. Due to the limited coverage, possible eclipses fell at the same superhump phase and the orbital and superhump periods were not distinguished.
